LYNN STAUFFER: Contemporary Embroideries
LYNN GIESSOW STAUFFER -- born in St. Louis, began studying art as a child at John Burroughs School. As a teenager, she attended Fine Arts Class at Washington University, winning a first place in the city's Jewel Box Art Show while only in the ninth grade. Her proficiency in art continued to grow through college and into marriage.
During six years in Geneva, Switzerland, she did further study at Les Beaux Arts and also under Robert Tovery. Her paintings received critical notice and were selected by many in the international community, as well as later in California and extensively on the East Coast. Click here to read more.
